I’ll be posting here more regularly as I’m closing down my social media accounts. IG and FB are gone and twitter is next. Closing twitter is a little bittersweet as I have made several incredible friendships there that I’m so, so grateful for. But my life feels quite full in the most wonderful way and I no longer have a need for more information, more connections or more news. I’ll continue to share the usual stuff here, photos, spotify playlists, self-care musings and the occasional zen parable.
The images below are made from a huge and hideous camera, the Fujifilm GW670III. It’s an extremely simple to use rangefinder. It’s completely manual; aperture and shutter speed is set on the lens. The shutter makes an ugly clunky noise and the rangefinder spot used for focusing isn’t ideal for portraits. But I love it. It’s virtually indestructible, super simple and it makes images that I absolutely love. As most of you know, I have probably bought and sold every film camera on the planet so it’s a bit funny that I ended up with this clunker.
